Jodie has a diversified background in real estate. Starting in 2008, she was a Paralegal for a law firm specializing in foreclosure and REO properties. Going through this unprecedented time in real estate inspired her to obtain a real estate license and begin rehabbing homes. She has also been a title insurance closer and a 1031 exchange officer.  She has extensive knowledge in the title insurance industry, settlement calculations and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.  With a passion for details she is eager to help with any aspect of your real estate transaction.  In her spare time Jodie enjoys playing cards, fishing, reading and being with friends and family.  

Fun Fact: I have a 300 gallon aquarium with 7 different species of fish.  (Like the ones you see in the dentist’s office).
